A Downers Grove Company Since 1974
Bob Bair earned his plumbing license in 1969 and placed second in the State Plumbing Contest. He sold his motorcycle to buy his first piece of equipment and started the company out of a garage in North Downers Grove in 1974. The business outgrew the garage, then outgrew a shop on Ogden Avenue, and has been at 447 Rogers Street since. Bob passed in 2025. The company is still in the village and still run the way he set it up.
Licensed, Accredited and Stocked for the Job
We hold Illinois plumbing license #055-006324 and have been BBB accredited since 1999. On the heating and cooling side we’re a Trane Comfort Specialist. Our trucks carry over 5,000 parts, so most jobs get finished the same day rather than scheduled twice. We’re open Monday through Saturday until 8:30 PM and Sunday mornings, with emergency service available.
