After reviewing our Best of 2018 services for Southwest Suburbs, I chose Robert Blair to fix our reoccurring clog in the kitchen sink. This was the 3rd time to fix this problem. I was very impressed with Eric, our technician. He was very diligent and would not stop until the issue was resolved. He located the clog, opened it up , and pulled out all the debris that was causing the problem....which was quite a task. I definitely recommend Robert Blair for your plumbing issues.

I called for service on my water heater and within an hour and a half the service techs were at my house. They spent over 40 minutes here making sure everything was working right and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of our water heaters. They were courteous, polite, thorough and knowledgeable.

When I called for help, I was told someone could come the following day which was fine with so many people having problems with the cold weather. A plumber, Joe, and apprentice, Jack, showed up on time and explained what they would do and the cost if they do not find further issues. They were both very nice, personable and professional. They fixed it fine and cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again (but hope I don't have to).
